Gerry Amena founded and formulated the Sea Mineral Products back in the '80's. Lesley Thomson took over the running of what was Amena's Health Centre in December 2009, with her then husband Ian, as Gerry Amena was stepping back, after all he was 84! Now, with her all woman team, Lesley is proud to grow herbs, manufacture products, liase with customers and suppliers ensuring that the wonderful products formulated by the founder Gerry Amena are still available to all who would purchase them.

How to Take Sea Minerals?
For most of us, sea minerals taste awful and there are many ways of getting them down without gagging. You can put 5ml of sea minerals in about 3cm of water, meanwhile get a glass of water/juice/milk ready. Shoot down the sea minerals and then follow immediately with your drink. There is no aftertaste and this is a much easier way of taking them than trying to force down a big glass of something that tastes yuk!
Why do I have to take Sea Minerals on a full stomach?
Sea Minerals are very high in Magnesium. Magnesium relaxes intestinal muscles and also helps draw water into the intestine. People who are sensitive to Magnesium will often get a diarrhea response, this response can be lessened or cancelled by ensuring that there is food in the stomach at the time of ingestion. The suggested 5ml can be halved or quartered until the body adapts.
